What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical systems (motors, photo eyes, limit switches, E-stops, etc.)
• Identify and procure parts needed to complete service / maintenance
• Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after work; secure approvals as needed
• Document work : complete work orders, customer forms, POs, timecards, and related paperwork accurately and on time
• Promote services : identify opportunities with existing customers; provide literature and basic proposals
• Maintain your service vehicle : routine maintenance, inventory / supplies, cleanliness
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for our 24-hour service line
• Support installations of new or used material handling systems as needed
