Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team in high-pressure situationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with staff, guests, and other departmentsStrong financial acumen, including experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost controlA guest-service orientation focused on delivering exceptional experiencesUp-to-date knowledge of food and beverage trends, best practices, and relevant local and federal regulations2+ years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage department of a hotel or luxury hospitality environmentAssistant Food & Beverage Director Preferred Background & Skills :
Experience in upscale dining or full-service hotel settingsFamiliarity with both a la carte and banquet operationsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyPassion for creating memorable guest experiencesAdditional certifications related to food safety or hospitality management
