Chemistry Processing Technician – Downstream Manufacturing

📍 St. Louis, Missouri

Rotating 12-Hour Schedule | Contract-to-Hire

Join a cutting-edge biologics manufacturing team where your work directly supports life-changing therapies. We’re seeking a Downstream Processing Technician to help produce commercial and clinical biologics in a cleanroom environment, using advanced purification and filtration technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Execute downstream processing steps including large-scale chromatography , filtration , and bioreactor operations
• Perform in-process assays using spectrophotometers, pH meters, and clinical analyzers
• Prepare and sterilize glassware and steel tanks using autoclaves
• Conduct CIP / SIP (clean-in-place / steam-in-place) procedures
• Accurately complete batch records and ensure compliance with cGMP standards
• Monitor lab supplies and maintain equipment (pumps, pH meters, flow meters)
• Communicate effectively with leads and managers regarding production status
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.20 - $32.20 / hr.
