As a Piping / Plumbing Designer II in our Los Angeles office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Job Description

In this role, you will use your experience to convert system design concepts into specific layouts by interpreting information set forth in basis of design as well as information gathered from users, project partners, field surveys, and code research.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical or Associate Degree in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design from an accredited technical institution or college; or commensurate experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of building systems. Proven experience in at least one discipline area such as fire protection, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing / piping, or process systems.
• Expertise in computer operation for engineering design programs and in the current version of AutoCAD and / or REVIT. Navisworks experience preferred.
• Experience in interpreting design criteria and converting it into specific layouts.
• Understanding of applicable design codes and specification requirements.

What We Offer

Estimated Starting Salary Range : $90,000 to $120,000
