Overview : Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining adequate nursing staff for the
community.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
- Oversees clinical staffing needs for the community.
- Coordinates, monitors, and adjusts schedules for the clinical department.
- Assists in onboarding of associates.
- Stays well informed of staffing needs as census increases or decreases.
- Participates in on call rotation and PBJ.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Position Requirements
Education : High School Diploma / GED
Licenses / Certifications : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
Experience : 1+ years of experience in long term care
Skills & Abilities :
Strong listening skills and ability to deal with conflict with professionalism and courtesyPositive interpersonal relationship skills, including with persons of all ages and culturesMust be able to work independently and as a member of the teamProficient with computers and data entry#LivingJoyfully
Min : USD $25.00 / Hr. Max : USD $30.00 / Hr.
