Position Summary :
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales Director to lead our sales team and develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful revenue attainment, pipeline management, sales team management, CRM management, and passionate client service.
What you’ll be doing :
- Lead, inspire and motivate sales team to achieve desired goals.
- Engage with customers to understand their unique needs, challenges, and objectives, providing tailored cloud solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Tightly manage pipeline and pipeline development.
- Tightly manage CRM process driving leads development, opportunity identification and creation, and deal closure.
- Become an expert in Lightstream Products and Solutions and provide ongoing sales training to sales team.
- Assist in the development of effective and rewarding sales commission structure to drive desired behavior and success.
- Contribute to the creation, development, and ongoing evaluation of the overall business strategy.
- Utilize relationships with providers, businesses, and customers to allow for wider distribution of Lightstream products and services and achieve stretch sales goals and objectives.
- Development of various sales channels to hasten the growth of the overall business.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product resources to maximize value of Lightstream products and solutions.
What you need to be successful :
- Be a proven Enterprise Sales Leader with 5-10 years of cloud technology, direct sales experience to medium and large enterprise organizations in North America.
- Proven ability to manage the cloud sales team and assist / mentor them with strategic and tactical development to achieve sales goals.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to consultatively sell to all levels of Enterprise Customers – CXO, VP, Director, Technical Leaders.
- Excellent communicator that has urgency to succeed while driving value for enterprise customers.
- Excellent work ethic and willingness to utilize skill set to sell large customer opportunities directly or teamed with account executives.
- Passionate about being in front of customers, developing lasting relationships, and driving revenue.
- Experience selling and understanding Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, and / or Fortinet security platforms Experience selling and understanding Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and / or GCP) preferred.
