Position Overview :

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and driven individual to join our growing team as a Dispatcher! ????

This role plays a vital part in coordinating and dispatching our technicians to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery to our valued customers.

As a key link between our team and the field, you’ll help drive operational success through clear communication, quick problem-solving, and sharp attention to detail.

What We Offer :

Pay : Up to $20 hourly

???? Potential to make up to an additional $45,000 in performance incentives!

Office Location : 2000 Citation Drive Garner, NC (in-office training based in Fayetteville, NC)

Responsibilities :

Maintain updated skills list for each technician.

Optimize deployment of technical resources to achieve departmental KPIs — ensuring right tech / right call.

Support effective capacity planning by providing daily operations data.

Generate weekly Hot Hands Report.

Ensure properly timed dispatch briefs.

Perform additional duties based on company needs.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Proven track record in customer service.

Experience using Service Titan or a similar software.

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict, and hold others accountable.

Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
