Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join their team. This pivotal role is ideal for someone who excels in Excel, understands the complexities of reporting within a construction environment, and can translate complex data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making

Tasks

Build and maintain detailed financial and operational reports, dashboards, and charts for internal stakeholders.

Analyze accounting data to track project costs, margin trends, and key performance metrics.

Extract and manipulate data from CRM, accounting, and ERP systems to develop customized reporting solutions.

Identify gaps in reporting processes and assist in implementing improvements through automation and workflow efficiencies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, finance, and executives to deliver timely and accurate reports that drive business performance.

Requirements

2–4 years of professional experience in reporting, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably within construction or trades-related industries.

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, macros, and charting.

Strong technical aptitude with experience extracting and consolidating data from multiple systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and job cost platforms.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, concise summaries.

Ability to commute daily to the Anna, TX office.
