Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, servicing the Sarasota, FL and Tampa, FL region. The Associate Sales Consultant (ASC) will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring exceptional service to healthcare professionals. The ASC will assist during surgical procedures, provide technical and logistical support, and deliver educational programs to hospital staff and surgeons. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with healthcare professionals, representing product offerings, and supporting the sales team, both on a sales and logistical aspect.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and participate in spinal surgical procedures, providing technical and logistical support as directed by senior Sales Consultants.
- Travel between hospitals and surgical centers to manage and support the logistics of surgical trays, implants, and instruments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide in-service training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure safe and effective product use.
- Support sales team activities including case coverage, product preparation, and post-case follow-up.
- Gather and communicate feedback from healthcare professionals to enhance product and service quality.
- Maintain full compliance with hospital protocols, manufacturer requirements, and applicable regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships in clinical settings.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and within a team under time-sensitive conditions.Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories and institutions.Experience in medical device sales, operating room support, and / or healthcare environments is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.Must be comfortable in surgical settings and willing to undergo background checks and company training.
