• BC / BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Work 7 on / 7 off or a "rotating block schedule" working 162 shifts / year
• 12- hour shifts, 8 am- 8 pm
• Join a team model of 3 providers and 1 extender
• 12-14 patients / day
• Open ICU
• Procedure skills preferred
• Total of 20 shifts off throughout the year for PTO / CME
