Job Summary

Locum Emergency Medicine physician needed at a community hospital in Michigans Upper Peninsula

Facility volume : 18,000 annually (approx. 50 encounters per day)

Coverage model : 24-hour MD coverage, 12-hour NP / PA coverage

Shift times : 7a7p and 7p7a (MD); 11a11p (NPPA)

Must be board certified by ABEM

Must be willing to work both day and night shifts

Requires at least 2 years of Emergency Medicine case log experience

Credentialing Requirements

Active Michigan medical license and DEA

Clean malpractice and disciplinary file

ABEM board certification

Estimated credentialing time : 60 days
