Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester opportunity is available for a Bilingual School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting in San Marcos, TX. This contract position focuses on providing essential psychological services during the school year and offering specialized summer evaluations for Early Childhood programs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across K-12.
  • Perform summer evaluations focused on Early Childhood development and eligibility.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies and support plans.
  • Participate in ongoing case management, progress monitoring, and documentation.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Assist with behavior management plans and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all state and federal regulations pertaining to student services.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Valid School Psychologist credential / license.
  • Bilingual proficiency to effectively serve diverse student populations.
  • Experience working in K-12 schools with a strong understanding of special education processes.
  • Skilled in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
