As a Transportation Driver (CNA), you will safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and activities while providing them with the care, comfort, and companionship they deserve. This is more than just a driving job-it's an opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide Safe & Reliable Transport - Drive residents to medical appointments, social outings, and facility activities using facility vehicles.
• Assist Residents In & Out of Vehicles - Ensure their comfort, security, and safety during transport.
• Review Daily Transportation Schedule - Be available and punctual to meet the needs of residents.
• Engage with Residents - Offer friendly conversation and companionship during their journey.
• Document Transportation Activities - Record trip details and any care provided during transit in accordance with facility procedures.
• Report Concerns or Issues - Communicate any transportation or resident-related concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain Facility Vehicles - Ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Perform CNA Duties as Needed - Assist with vital signs, personal hygiene, and other essential care services when not driving.
• Comply with All Regulations - Follow facility policies, local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
