Ensure appropriate specimen accessioning and obtain clinical history

Assist with gross description, dissect surgical specimens and prepare tissue for processing

Assist pathologists in frozen section preparation and in the procurement of FNA specimens

Obtain biological specimens for analysis and preform special procedures

Photograph pertinent gross specimens and microscopic slides

Other duties as assigned

Required : \nASCP (PA)\nMasters degree in relevant academic discipline.\nCompletion of post graduate training at an approved NAACLS approved program or equivalent.\n3+ yrs. experience\n\nPreferred : \nAAPA fellowship or associate
