Schedule : 36 hours / week |  ANTs position - work 3 6hrs. get paid for 40hrs. - 10a-1030p Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program. Certification required within 6 months of hire post-graduation from an accredited Radiology Program, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of one year experience in diagnostic radiology, preferred.
  • Licensure / Certification : ARRT certification in Radiography - RT(R), required. Applicable state licensure as required, required. Post-graduates from an accredited Radiology Program with be required to pass their ARRT registry within 6 months of completing program, required.
  • Additional Skills / Requirements (required) :
  • Applies principles of ALARA to minimize radiation exposure to patient, self, and others.

  • Demonstrates current knowledge of federal and state radiation safety laws.
  • Properly utilizes personnel monitoring devices.
  • Ensures proper equipment performance and schedules maintenance for emergent needs.
  • Properly operates radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
  • Independently performs radiographic and non-interpretive fluoroscopic procedures, including intraoperative and mobile procedures, as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
  • Assists a licensed practitioner in the performance of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, including all intraoperative and mobile procedures including the following : ERCP’s, bronchoscopy, mini-c-arms, post reductions.
  • Mobile imaging including lines and pacers and neonates.
