Manage remote operations, ensure station functionality, and provide leadership in an extreme Arctic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Lead daily site operations, including logistics, conflict resolution, and task prioritization.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact, coordinating with off-site leads and researchers.
- Manage station safety, maintenance, and resource coordination.
- Maintain logs, reports, and inventories.
Qualifications :
5+ years relevant experience, 2+ years supervisory experience.Proven ability in conflict resolution, logistics management, and problem-solving.Physical ability to work in extreme cold, lift 50lbs, and use a respirator.Experience :
Remote location leadership preferred.Polar environment / Summit Station experience a plus.Details :
