Payroll Tax Specialist
The Payroll Tax Specialist delivers on critical payroll activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, accurate tax / garnishment setup in the Workday payroll system, state / local tax account maintenance (registrations, account numbers, rates, POAs, etc.), and overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Tax & Garnishment team works closely with Capital One associates to answer questions and resolve any issues with a key focus on associate experience.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Richmond, VA : $56,800 - $64,800 for Principal HR Coordinator Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
