Dual Hotel General Manager

Our client, a mid-sized hotel management company, is seeking a Dual Hotel General Manager to join their team. This role will be supporting two hotels that are in a conjoined building in Hawthorne, CA. This property also includes a full-service restaurant and a bistro. Marriott / Hilton AND Dual / Area / Complex experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of two hotel properties, ensuring consistent quality and service standards
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial goals and operational excellence
• Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff across both hotels
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Cultivate strong relationships with guests, employees, vendors, and the local community
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
