AI-Native Engineer

A company is looking for an AI-Native Engineer (Backend / Full-stack).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and scale the web app and Word add-in for contract negotiation automation

Integrate LLMs and design intuitive prompt-based user experiences

Launch new AI-powered tools that enhance legal workflows for clients

Required Qualifications

3-10 years of experience building and scaling production-grade backends

Fluency in Go (or another typed language) and SQL

Strong experience with PostgreSQL; familiarity with pgvector is a bonus

Experience designing scalable APIs and backend systems

Familiarity with LLM integrations, embeddings, and vector search
