As a Senior Game Designer on the League of Legends Summoner's Rift Team, you will shape the future of Summoner's Rift by exploring opportunities to meet diverse player needs, from new players to professionals. Your focus will be on delivering impactful, exciting, and sustainable updates that resonate with player motivations and elevate the overall experience. You will work closely with the Live Pod and Game Analysis Team to ensure these opportunities are balanceable. We seek passionate designers capable of delivering creative, practical, and purposeful seasonal updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve the Summoner's Rift experience for all player segments.
• Design, develop, and deliver Season Start updates and large-scale systemic changes.
• Collaborate with the Live Pod and Game Analysis Team to assess content balanceability.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to align on and deliver a cohesive design vision.
• Enhance existing design frameworks to meet current and future player needs.
