We are currently seeking a Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and systems integrations. The role requires strong leadership in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading architecture discussions, and delivering seamless integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic vision and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Service Cloud and related modules.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership in Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to align architecture with business needs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture principles, integration standards, and coding best practices.
• Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables.
• Define governance frameworks for Salesforce releases and integrations.
• Support pre-sales and solutioning activities by contributing to proposals, solution demos, and technical documentation.
