Pay : $24-$29 / hour

Schedule : Part-Time / Full-Time

Flywheel Centers is looking for dedicated Behavioral Therapists (BTs / RBTs) to join our Union team. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, schools, or our local center-wherever support is needed most.

You'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children build meaningful skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and achieve their developmental goals.

What You'll Do :

Provide individualized ABA therapy across a variety of natural settings

Follow treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA

Track data and share progress with clinical supervisors

Support children in developing communication, daily living, and social skills

What You'll Need :

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Must be 18 years or older

Reliable transportation to client homes and schools

ABA experience preferred

A calm, patient, and compassionate approach to working with children
