Sales & Marketing Specialist - Community Manager

Position Summary

This hybrid role blends front desk presence with sales and marketing excellence. While you will be physically stationed at the front desk, your primary mission is to grow Kingdom Coworkings visibility, sales, and community. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, inquiries, and tours and the growth engine that converts interest into committed members, event clients, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, professional front desk face of Kingdom Coworking
• Greet members and guests, assist with check-ins, tours, and day pass inquiries
• Curate and coordinate member events and networking experiences
• Foster community by connecting members to each other
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, local SEO, ads)
• Develop content that highlights member stories, events, and mission-driven impact
• Build partnerships with local organizations and networks to expand reach
• Turn events into lead-generating opportunities
• Activate referral campaigns with current members
• Represent Kingdom Coworking at community and networking events
