We specialize in : Gynecology and Breast Surgeries, including advanced procedures like DIEP flap reconstruction, ENT and General Surgery, and Acute Medical Diagnoses. You'll collaborate closely with our Physician Surgical Residency Program, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence while ensuring patients receive the highest quality care. All newly licensed RNs or RNs with less than six months of acute RN experience and who are interested in this department or any other Acute RN role within UnityPoint Health - Des Moines, are encouraged and required to participate in the RN Residency program.
