Job Details

Pay Range : $24.15 per hour. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7 : 00pm and 11 : 59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12 : 00am-4 : 59am.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines converting meat and feathers into protein meal.
• Perform specific duties based on the role, such as maintaining cook logs, monitoring solution tanks, product flow, fat levels, grinding operations, feather flow, and moisture checks.
• Complete food safety and quality documentation.
• Assist with general cleaning, report mechanical issues, and support other crews as needed.
