Unit 3W Stepdown RN – WVU System\nFacility & Unit Details : \n\nUnit : Stepdown (Cost Center 3428)\n\nBeds : 28 private beds\n\nEMR : Cerner (transitioning to Epic)\n\nHospitalist : In-house 24 / 7\n\nIntensivist : ICU coverage 7 days / week, 7a-7p; on-call after hours\n\nRT & Pharmacy : In-house 24 / 7\n\nIV Team : No dedicated IV team; ICU charge nurse or director assist with difficult IVs\n\nCertifications Required : \n\nBLS\n\nACLS\n\nNIHSS
