Job Summary :

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Interim HealthCare in Frederick, MD, you will have the opportunity to build a fulfilling career while making a positive impact on the lives of patients. Responsibilities :

Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve or restore mobility, function, and quality of life

Implement treatment plans through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment

Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to other healthcare professionals and caregivers

Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care techniques, and strategies to maintain or improve their condition

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure optimal outcomes for patients

Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as all regulatory requirements

Requirements :

Current and valid PT license in the state of Maryland

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist

Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel to patient homes or other healthcare facilities as needed

Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening
