Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Location : Pompton Plains, NJ

Duration : 12 months+ contract (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift : 7 pm to 7 am (12 hours shift) Weekends and holidays as needed.

Note : Must be willing to commit up to 3 shifts per week. Hours are not guaranteed.

Pay rate : $54 / hr. on W2

Note : Stipend is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Duties :

• This equipment tracks patients' cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other indicators that allow nurses to identify changes and intervene quickly during critical events.
• Patient Assessment. In a telemetry course, you will learn how to assess patients using various medical devices.
• Contributes to the perioperative team by assuming responsibility and accountability for directing patient care by prioritizing the care of patient’s depending on their needs and any changes in their condition.
• Assumes primary responsibility for documenting components of the nursing process and patient’s progress toward meeting outcomes in the patient’s chart including patient education.
