The Staff Pad is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU in Las Vegas, New Mexico.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role requires strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill or injured patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life-support equipment.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to infection control policies, safety protocols, and ethical nursing practices.
• Participate in code responses, emergency interventions, and interdisciplinary rounds.
