We are a Real Estate Development company that self-manages our portfolio of commercial & multi-family assets. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment
and support senior executives in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide executive administrative support to senior management
Learn and help to manage / oversee sub-contractors
Assist with property management & tenant interactions
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Draft emails & invoices
Perform data entry and maintain / organize physical & digital office records and files
Answer phone calls and advise or forward as needed
Coordinate projects and assist in meeting preparation
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and maintain office supplies inventory
Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries promptly
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office management or executive assistant role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Respectful & honest
Prior experience with project coordination is a plus
QuickBooks & Excel experience required

Pay : $40.00 - $47.00 per hour
Expected hours : 35 40 per week
