Intern - RMA Department
Matrix designs, manufactures, and sells innovative technological products that help keep people safe. Originally focused on the underground coal mining industry, Matrix has expanded into new industrial markets in the United States and globally.
We are currently seeking an intern with the RMA department. This position will support the functions of the RMA department. They will work with the entire RMA department. They must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. The responsibilities will also include working on different software packages including NetSuite and Microsoft Office. This role works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position.
This position will work an average of 25 hours per week and offers no benefits.
This position reports to the Customer Success Manager.

Working Conditions
Most of the work is done in a climate-controlled environment. There will be times when it is necessary to work in an environment where the climate is mostly climate-controlled.
