We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance tasks and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment
  • Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Complete residential painting projects as needed
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks with external contractors
  • Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues
  • Welding tasks as required
  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • Experience in residential painting is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
  • Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and residents

    Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
