Key Requirements

  • Licensure : Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Certifications : Active BLS issued through AHA
  • Education : Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Credentialing Timeline : Completed within 30 days of start
