Description & Requirements

Location of Hiring : Renewal by Andersen (RbA) North Carolina market. A sales class is scheduled to begin on November 3, 2025. As a Design Consultant with RbA, you will work with a highly energized team passionate about enriching homeowners’ lives.

Position Purpose

Design consultants deliver a world class homeowner experience through in-home sales consultations lasting about 90 minutes. They conduct 8 to 12 appointments per week, showcasing the value of Renewal by Andersen’s exclusive product and installation process. Success requires emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet customer needs. Consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door and entry door options.

PROFIT SHARING : In 2025 Andersen has a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate, paid quarterly based on operating profit performance.
