Crookes & Co are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer (Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video and AI) to join our team and contribute to a variety of exciting projects. If you're passionate about design, motion graphics, and using AI tools to push the boundaries of creativity, we want to hear from you!

  • Design visually striking content for both digital and print applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team, including working with and under the guidance of the Senior Designer, to conceptualize, develop, and execute design ideas from concept to final delivery.
  • Take constructive feedback and direction from the Senior Designer and other team members to improve designs and workflows.
  • Utilize AI programs and design tools to optimize workflows and enhance creative output.
  • Adapt designs across various platforms and formats, ensuring each design is tailored for its specific medium.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of design quality.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation, with a solid portfolio to showcase your work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite : Firefly, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with AI tools and programs to enhance design and motion graphics (e.g., AI-assisted design programs).
  • A strong understanding of design principles for both print and digital applications.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
  • A creative problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

    • Bonus Skills :

  • Experience in 3D design and animation (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
  • Knowledge of UX / UI design principles and familiarity with web design.
  • Understanding of the latest design trends and techniques in motion graphics, video, and AI.
  • Adept at leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation and accelerate design processes
  • Proficient in designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms
