Senior Product Designer

This position is based in

Warroad, MN . Relocation benefits may be available.

Your Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of moderately complex components and products, ensuring they meet critical performance, fit, form, and function standards.

Define essential design parameters, tolerances, and testing methods to validate concepts and uphold product standards.

Supervise prototyping activities using various shop tools, 3D printing, and other techniques to assess feasibility and fine-tune designs.

Review CAD modeling and drawing creation to ensure it aligns with standards and clearly communicates design intent.

Oversee documentation workflows through Electronic Change Notice software, maintaining technical specifications for stakeholders.

Mentor team members on design principles and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

You Would Be a Great Fit If You Have :

5+ years of experience in product design and development.

An associate degree or equivalent experience in design (preferred).

Advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software (Inventor preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

A proven track record of successful complex product development and enhancement projects.

The ability to foster collaboration and mentorship.

A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Familiarity with document control systems and engineering change processes.
