Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge. Role :

• Salary : Base $280,000-$300,000
• Hours : Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7 : 30a 5 : 00p (last patient is scheduled at 4 : 15)

• Door to Door Transportation for our patients (Uber / Lyft) Requirements Board Certified in : FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine Clear / Active Medical License in state of employment Education : MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty. Experience : At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
