SCCM / Intune Systems Engineer Location :

  • We place emphasis on personal growth and learning new skills.  We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented  SCCM / Intune  Systems  Engineer   to join our team.  The role focuses on deploying, securing, and maintaining devices and applications across on-premises and cloud environments using Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
  • To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance is required.
  • This is a funded position and is contingent upon verification of a security clearance prior to starting with Cloudshape.

Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To :

  • Deploy, configure, and manage SCCM and Intune to maintain device compliance and application delivery.
  • Plan and implement software updates, patch management, and operating system deployments across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize endpoint management systems for performance and reliability.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or SCCM / Intune automation features.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and network teams to enforce policies and maintain system integrity.
  • Generate reports on compliance, inventory, and deployment status.
  • Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance on endpoint management best practices.

    • Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree 5 - 8 years of experience  An ability to work independently, multi-task, and communicate effectively will be required for this role.  US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Azure AD, and mobile device management (MDM).
  • Experience with group policies, software deployment, patch management, and scripting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
