Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design strategy for the AI suite, focusing on root cause analysis and AI-powered automation

Translate complex AI / ML capabilities into intuitive user experiences for operations teams

Drive innovation by prototyping new AI-native product concepts and collaborating with product and engineering leadership

Required Qualifications

10+ years in product design, with at least 3 years focused on AI / ML products

Deep experience with LLMs or AI / ML systems

Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in designing sophisticated AI products

Proven record of shipping AI products that enhance user productivity and satisfaction

Technical fluency in AI architecture and engineering constraints
