We’re seeking detail-driven Full Charge Bookkeeper  who’s ready to take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations and play a vital role in supporting our growing business. This position is integral to both accounting and the initial phase of supply chain management , ensuring that financial and operational processes align seamlessly. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and collaborate with our Sales Team to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete — keeping projects and payments moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily financial operations and support the initial stages of our supply chain process.

Ensures accuracy, organization, and collaboration across departments while maintaining strong financial controls.

Manage accounts payable and receivable , including issuing checks and posting receipts.

Maintain communication with suppliers, vendors, and clients.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Maintain general ledger accounts and balance supplier statements.

Ensure sales documentation is accurate and complete before processing.

Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.

Qualifications :

5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

Proficiency in Excel. StoneProfit is a plus!

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Firm yet friendly communication style — able to maintain accountability while supporting collaboration.

Experience in the tile, stone, or supply chain industry is a plus.
