Job Description :

• Work in a Level II Trauma Center with a bed capacity of 309.
• Collaborate with a team composed of 55 staff members, with about 30 working daily.
• Provide services across all floors and units of the facility.
• Work with a variety of staff including Physical Therapists, PTAs, technicians, Occupational Therapists, COTAs, and Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Manage patient ratios of 12-1.
• Participate in bed mobility, transfer, and gait training procedures.
• Preferred experience in Trauma, Cardiac, and Stroke (Interventional Radiology) will be beneficial.
• Display an outgoing, professional, compassionate, respectful, and friendly personality.
• Expected to work every other weekend and on holidays in rotation with facility employees.
