A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Data Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will lead research efforts to predict the immunogenicity of protein-based therapeutics by performing data mining, literature extraction, and predictive modeling, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems in the life sciences.
Data Analyst Responsibilities :
Conduct literature reviews and data mining to extract information related to drug immunogenicity from publications, internal documents, and databases.Develop and apply predictive models to assess immunogenicity of protein-based therapeutics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore the relationship between immune response and drug properties.Contribute to innovative research projects focused on forward and reverse translation in drug development.Utilize programming tools (e.g., Python or R) for data analysis and model development.Apply large language models (LLMs) for text mining and information extraction from scientific literature.Data Analyst Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Pharmacy, or majors related to Biomedical SciencesMaster’s degree required in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Pharmacy, or a related biomedical science field.Proven expertise in data mining, literature information extraction, and predictive modeling.Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and model development.Experience using large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for text mining applications.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Strong publication record and demonstrated contributions to research communities.
