We are currently hiring Nursing Assistants, who are committed to making a positive impact in health care. Under the direction of our nursing staff, we will partner with you to ensure that our patients receive the best personalized care within our cherished and compassionate hospital. Working under the direction of a nurse, this position contributes to the Hospital's mission by performing basic procedures necessary to provide for the care, comfort and safety of patients. This clinical staff position will have an impact on quality of care and patient satisfaction by providing for their physical and emotional needs. Qualifications :

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have / be one of the following :
• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Nursing student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation
• Three months clinical care experience
• Graduate of the Winchester Hospital's Nursing Assistant Program
