Core Duties of a Sales Representative :
- Promote cutting-edge internet and telecom solutions to residential and small business customers
- Educate customers on services such as fiber connectivity, SD-WAN, edge computing, and managed network services
- Leverage proprietary analytics tools to assess needs and recommend tailored service plans
- Generate leads through local outreach, prospecting, door-to-door activity, and event marketing
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service activation and customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools (Salesforce) and report performance metrics
- Serve as a trusted representative of industry-leading telecom solutions throughout the Seattle region
- Stay informed on new product releases, tech trends, and service updates within the telecom industry
