Keeps the billing manager aware of any billing delays in billing processed through HER software Processes other customer billing through sales order invoices in the agency ERP software. Works with the Billing Manager and operations teams to identify, correct, and rebill denied claims. Reviews the customer aging reports for delinquent accounts. Keeps supervisor informed of all actual or potential payment issues. Maintains the confidentiality of the Accounting department. High School Diploma Proficient with Microsoft Excel Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility, keeping others informed Must be efficient, well organized, and have excellent communication skills
