Key Responsibilities

Define key business metrics and develop performance dashboards to provide data-driven insights

Manage operating cadences and drive high-impact cross-functional projects

Required Qualifications

8+ years in strategy / operations at high-growth tech companies

Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools

Proven ability to execute complex cross-functional projects

Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics; experience in AI / ML / enterprise software is a plus

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a high-ownership attitude
