Job Summary

The Insurance Data Insights & BI Specialist will support strategic and operational decision-making across underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, sales, and customer service. This role requires deep experience in data visualization, business intelligence, and a solid understanding of insurance industry operations. You will play a critical role in designing dashboards, analyzing data, and delivering insights that impact both day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Domo , Power BI , or Tableau
• Analyze underwriting, claims, and policy data to identify trends and opportunities
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and build data solutions to support business needs
• Create self-service tools for team members across finance, operations, and customer service
• Support data quality, data governance, and integrity initiatives
• Develop and maintain Export Transform Load / Export Load Transform (ETL / ELT) processes for structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to enhance data pipeline efficiency and reporting accuracy
