Construction Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Site Contracts Manager to oversee contractual agreements for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards

Coordinate and negotiate change orders, RFPs, and other contractual modifications

Maintain detailed logs of letters, back charges, and savings to track project financials

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience managing construction contracts, preferably in oil / gas or critical environments

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business, or a related field

Experience managing GC RFP processes and familiarity with tools like Ariba

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and understanding of procurement and contract management systems

Contracts-related certifications are a plus
