A company is looking for a Workplace Administrator to support its global workplace team.
Key Responsibilities
Triaging incoming support requests and serving as the IT Workplace point of contact
Handling incidents and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Managing and administering user management platforms and performing hardware / software troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
At least 12 months of previous experience providing technical hardware support
Good understanding of supporting MacOS and Google Chrome environments
Familiarity with standard software applications, including MS Office Suite (O365) and Google Workspace
ITIL v4 Foundation or above
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of work
