EMR / Equipment : EPIC, siemens cath, siemens sensis, Apollo, Phillips IVUS\n- Shifts & Scheduling Details : 0730-1600\n- Do you allow self-scheduling or Block scheduling? : No, set daily schedule. Can self schedule on call to a degree.\n- Weeknight / Call Requirements : Yes, 1-2 nights / wk Call covers 3 campuses\n- Weekend / Call Requirements : yes, 1 weekend / month\n- Holiday / Call Requirements : yes, rotating\n- What is call response time? : 30 minutes\n- Floating Requirements : Yes, as needed - will float to Lakeside & Immanuel (Omaha)\n- Scrub Color / Dress Code : hospital supplied scrubs\n\n
